Over time, just like our face or other areas of our body, our vagina changes, losing volume and shape. Our Non-Surgical Vaginal Augmentation involves the use of product to plump-up hollow vagina lips (labia major) and enhance the overall appearance of the vagina area.
Dr Eddy Dona has been a specialist plastic surgeon since 2007, and is a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons. From your first clinic visit, and throughout your surgical journey, Dr Dona and his team will be there to make it as smooth as possible.

Firstly, two pea sized areas on either side of the vagina lips will be numbed through the injection of local anaesthetic. Once the area is numbed, a needle will be used to create a small entry point for the cannula to pass through and the product will then be administered to the vagina lips, to provide a fuller and more aesthetically pleasing vagina.
There are a range of products, that contain different consistencies which are often broken down into three main categories: –
These products are made from complex sugar molecules that naturally occur in your body and bind with water to support your skin and increase volume.
At Bella Plastic Surgery, we use only the highest quality products to achieve long-lasting results.
At Bella Plastic Surgery we use topical anaesthetic to numb the treatment areas. Local anaesthetic will then be injected into two small areas to numb the entry points – this allows for a comfortable treatment for our patients.
This treatment may cause some bruising and swelling in the treated areas which can persist for up to a week (or longer) following treatment so please ensure that you factor the downtime into your day-to-day commitments.
